Welcome to Time Now Timepieces. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website timenowtimepieces.com (the "Site") and any transactions conducted through our business. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

  1. ABOUT US

Time Now Timepieces is a pre-owned luxury watch dealer based in Atlanta, Georgia, owned and operated by Steve Vasquez. We buy, sell, trade, consign, and source pre-owned luxury watches. We are not an authorized dealer for any of the brands listed on this website and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any watch manufacturer. All brand names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

  1. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

All watches listed on this Site are pre-owned unless explicitly stated otherwise. We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each watch, including its condition, specifications, and documentation. However, minor variations between photographs and the actual product may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or photographic limitations.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason

  • Limit quantities or availability of any product

  • Modify or discontinue any product listing without notice

  • Correct any errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability

Product listings on this Site do not constitute a binding offer to sell. A binding agreement is formed only when both parties have agreed to the terms of a specific transaction and payment has been arranged.

  1. PRICING

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice and are based on current market conditions at the time of listing.

Prices displayed on the Site reflect cash and wire pricing. Additional fees may apply for certain payment methods:

  • Wire Transfer: No additional fees

  • Zelle: No additional fees

  • Cash (local, in-person transactions): No additional fees

  • Escrow via Chrono24: Subject to Chrono24's escrow fees and terms

  • Credit Card (when available): Subject to a 4% processing fee

Applicable taxes, duties, or import fees (for international transactions) are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  1. PAYMENT

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Wire transfer

  • Zelle

  • Cash (for local, in-person transactions in the Atlanta, GA area)

  • Escrow through Chrono24

Credit card processing and cryptocurrency payments are planned for future implementation. Payment methods will be updated on the Site as they become available.

Full payment is required before any watch is shipped. Payment terms and banking details are provided directly by the owner during the transaction process -- never through automated systems or third-party links.

You agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes for transactions that have been completed as described. Fraudulent payment activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All watches ship via FedEx Priority Overnight, fully insured for the full purchase price. Shipping costs are included in the purchase price for domestic (U.S.) transactions unless otherwise stated.

Delivery options:

  • Direct delivery to your provided address (adult signature required)

  • FedEx Hold for Pickup at a FedEx location (ID verification required) -- recommended for higher-value shipments

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs processing, or other events beyond our control.

International shipping may be available on a case-by-case basis. Additional shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for shipments delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

  1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All sales are final. We provide extensive photographs, detailed condition descriptions, and the opportunity to ask questions and request additional photos or video before purchase to ensure you are confident in your decision.

If a watch is materially misrepresented -- meaning the actual item does not match the description and photographs provided -- contact us immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to resolve the situation fairly.

  1. AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE

Every watch sold by Time Now Timepieces is guaranteed to be 100% authentic. Each watch undergoes a multi-point in-house inspection that includes:

  • Serial number verification

  • Reference number matching

  • Timegraph testing across multiple positions

  • Full visual and mechanical assessment

If any watch sold by Time Now Timepieces is proven to be not authentic at any time, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price.

Third-party authentication is available at additional cost upon request. Escrow services through Chrono24 are also available for buyer protection.

  1. CONSIGNMENT

We offer consignment services for select luxury watches. Consignment terms are as follows:

  • Pieces listed at $10,000 or under: 7% commission

  • Pieces listed between $10,000 and $50,000: 5% commission

  • Pieces listed above $50,000: Terms coordinated on a case-by-case basis

Listing price and consignment duration are discussed with the consignor on a case-by-case basis based on current market conditions. Specific consignment terms, including minimum listing periods and payment timelines, are agreed upon in writing before any consignment arrangement begins.

Consigned watches are covered by our insurance while in our possession. The consignor retains ownership of the watch until it is sold.

  1. TRADE-IN PROGRAM

We offer trade-in services where you may apply the value of your current watch toward the purchase of another watch from our collection or sourcing network. Trade-in values are based on current market data and are determined independently from the price of the watch being purchased. Specific trade-in terms are discussed and agreed upon on a per-transaction basis.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site -- including text, photographs, graphics, logos, page layouts, and custom code -- is the property of Time Now Timepieces or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written permission.

All brand names, model names, and trademarks referenced on this Site are the property of their respective owners. Their use on this Site is for identification and descriptive purposes only and does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.

  1. USER CONDUCT

By using this Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

  • Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information in any form submission or transaction

  • Attempt to interfere with the Site's functionality, security, or accessibility

  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site without permission

  • Impersonate any person or entity

  • Use automated tools (bots, crawlers, scripts) to access the Site without permission

  • Engage in fraudulent transactions or payment activity

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Time Now Timepieces, its owner, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, any transaction, or any inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or any transaction shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific watch involved in the claim.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

  • The accuracy or completeness of third-party content linked from our Site

  • Any losses arising from unauthorized access to your personal information, provided we have maintained reasonable security measures

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Time Now Timepieces, its owner, and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Site

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of any third-party rights

  • Any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your use of the Site or our services

  1. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to them or any transaction with Time Now Timepieces shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in Fulton County, Georgia, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

  1. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

  1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Time Now Timepieces regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements or communications.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
